These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Craig Nye Body Mechanic, including fascia manoeuvre sessions, fascia release sessions, group sessions, workshops and kinesiology-related services.

By booking or participating in a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Craig Nye Body Mechanic

Craig Nye Body Mechanic provides bodywork, movement and wellbeing services designed to support mobility, movement, relaxation and general wellbeing.

2. Nature of the Services

Services provided by Craig Nye Body Mechanic are intended to support general wellbeing, movement and body awareness.

They are not intended to replace appropriate medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy or other healthcare.

No guarantee is made regarding particular results from any session, programme or technique.

If you have concerns about an injury, illness, medical condition or symptoms, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing relevant information about your health, injuries, mobility or other circumstances that could affect your ability to participate safely.

You should work within your own comfortable range and immediately stop any movement or activity that causes significant pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort or other concerning symptoms.

Please tell me immediately if you feel unwell or uncomfortable during a session.

4. Bookings

Appointments, classes and workshops are subject to availability.

Your booking may be confirmed by email, message, booking system or other agreed method.

Prices will be displayed or communicated before booking wherever reasonably possible.

5. Payment

Payment may be required when booking or before the service begins.

Accepted payment methods will be explained at the time of booking.

Any packages, courses, memberships or promotional offers may have additional conditions which will be made clear when purchased.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

I understand that circumstances change.

If you need to cancel or rearrange an individual appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.

Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, I reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee reflecting the circumstances and any loss caused by the late cancellation.

Any applicable cancellation terms will be made clear when you book.

If Craig Nye Body Mechanic needs to cancel an appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund for any service that has been paid for but not provided.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights for services purchased online, by telephone or away from business premises.

7. Late Arrival

If you arrive late for an appointment, I will try to provide as much of the remaining session as reasonably possible.

The session may still need to finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting subsequent clients.

8. Group Sessions

During group sessions, participants are responsible for choosing an appropriate level of participation for their own body and circumstances.

Instructions and demonstrations are general and cannot take account of every individual's medical history or physical circumstances.

Please inform me before participating if there is anything relevant that I should be aware of.

9. Children and Young People

Where services are provided to a child or young person, appropriate parental or guardian consent may be required.

A parent or guardian should provide relevant information that could affect the child's safe participation.

Additional safeguarding arrangements may apply depending on the service provided.

10. Results

Every person's body and circumstances are different.

No particular outcome, improvement or result can be guaranteed from fascia manoeuvres, kinesiology or other services offered by Craig Nye Body Mechanic.

11. Personal Information

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Craig Nye Body Mechanic Privacy Policy.

Health-related information will only be collected where relevant and will be handled with additional care due to its sensitive nature.

12. Photography and Video

Photographs or videos identifying clients will not be used for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

Where consent is requested for photographs, testimonials or marketing material, this will be separate from your agreement to participate in a session.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, written materials, branding and original materials produced by Craig Nye Body Mechanic may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

14. Changes to Services

I may occasionally need to change session times, venues, instructors, content or other arrangements due to circumstances outside my reasonable control.

Where a significant change affects a paid booking, I will take reasonable steps to provide an alternative or appropriate refund.
